A Really Bad Habit

I have the best neighbor in the world. Her name is Jane and she invited me to her family reunion this weekend. It is a strange thing to do, crashing someone's family reunion. While anyone will feel welcome with Jane in the room, going to a different family's reunion is an odd thing to do. Oddly enough this is a recurring theme in my life, especially lately!

And here is Jane. She turned 80 years old on September 1st. I was supposed to have pictures from her birthday lunch with a bunch of hens from out here at Ira, but I forgot my camera! Oh man! I felt so bad about that! But maybe I made up for it alittle this weekend.

Old men. Young men. Kids. They are different faces, but similar themes at reunions everywhere.

I think this is 'Cousins Row'.

Brother and sister. Beautiful children with a lively, wonderful legacy to live up to.

I canNOT resist bright eyes and this pose, I don't care where I am or who I am shooting. The light in these bright little eyes is just beautiful.

Jane, thank you for making me part of your family for a couple of hours. I had fun! You are a wonderul neighbor!
