Monsanto Grant to Ira ISD, $10,000

I am not a fan of being on this end of lens of the camera but tonight at the Ira Homecoming Game, Jearl Holland, the Territory Sales Manager with Monsanto Company award Ira ISD with a $10,000 check.  This was not an easy grant to get but so greatly appreciated by everyone who will benefit from it.
Those in the image include:  Jearl Holland Monsanto Territory Sales Manager from San Angelo,
Superintendent Jay Waller, myself (but only because I am married to...) Board President Shawn McCowen, Becky Robinson, Beau Robinson, Carla Clements, Morgan Preston Business Manager of Ira ISD, Keith Clements, and Principal Dale Jones.
Those in the picture who are producers who utilize the Monsanto products are Shawn, Beau and Keith.  They were among those who recommended Ira for the grant.  Morgan and Dale wrote the grant.
This is one really good thing that happens when good people get together on a project (except me, I just married good people and got told to show up with a camera, not knowing I would be in the pic!)

Introducing, The Glenney's

Sweet Sweet Ryan and Amanda Glenney.  They got married this summer and decided they wanted bridals.  These two are such a neat young couple.  I so enjoyed working with them in the pasture and in the studio.
Ryan, Amanda, you two will last forever!

The Gonzales Family

I have been shooting the Gonzales Family since before little Madelyn Grace was born.  I love this family and I love watching this sweet blue eyed beauty grow.  Ruben and Teri are in love with each other and madly in love with Madelyn!  We chose a location where the leaves took a tiny fall nip and glowed for us last Sunday afternoon.  Thank you Ruben and Teri for calling me and bringing sweet little Madelyn Grace out for some fun!

Photography Retreat Review

LaRae Russell, San Angelo Photographer, with Jock, head of ranch security!

Our Sweet Beautiful model for the evening

She has such an exotic look for a local girl

I attended a Photography retreat again this year at the Windmill Ranch Preserve.  I had a good time learning some after dark lighting techniques which I haven't had the opportunity to use just yet.  The food and company was good.
