Ed & Nancy (in white) were a part of all of my formative years in Sweetwater. His brother Don and wife Kay were on hand for the celebration.
Ed & Nancy were so playful and fun as I shoot their pictures. I usually have my subjects get into some serious kissing and they really had a fun time posing for me!
The Aiken boys, as we referred to them growing up, were always really nice guys. It was fun to see them grown with beautiful wives and outstanding kids.

This is Chris and his wife Lesley. Chris and I were in school together from elementary school on. It was so neat to see him married and so happy with his family, brothers, parents, nieces and nephews.

and daughter Avery. While I was working on the shoot I really thought that Will was a mini-me of Chris but as I edited Avery I realized that Avery is the mini-me of Chris. There is an expression in her eyes that is her Daddy exactly.
Chris and I played together as Kindergarteners and his grandmother baby sat me while my mom and Nancy did things together. I always thought they were the coolest family ever and I was right, all these years later they were still fun, funny and beautiful!Thank you Aiken families for inviting me to come and play!
