Jay Waller, Superintendent of Ira ISD invited me....well me and my camera... to tour the progress on the new school. According to Jay and Morgan Clements, Financial Advisor, the school is on schedule. Since I am one of the most impatient people you will ever meet that is good news! Once I walked through the school and saw what all goes into a project like this I wanted to tell them to be sure and take their time! There are wires and beams and pipes and blocks, just so much to this project! I could tell by the quality of humans present on the site that these men are not unskilled, entry level workers, they are craftsman. We are getting a great building Ira!

I may not have labeled all of the pix correctly but I do know that I am kinda close.
At this stage of the project inviting any Ira folks into the site to view it would be a huge liability and danger to everyone. I wore a hard hat (as well as my usual hard head) and had to sign off that I wouldn't sue anyone if I tripped over my own feet or someone else's.
So we decided that it would be a lot of fun if everyone could just see the progress through my lens. I hope you enjoyed the tour!
We have a high quality building going in down here and we have some really high quality folks in charge of it too!
