We spent the Thanksgiving holiday with family like most people. In the morning we went to Shawn's parents house and got to see his sisters and their kids and their kid. It was enjoyable but cold. Then, as is our tradition, we went to Sweetwater to my family meal. Thankfully the weather was nicer by then, beautiful actually. I think of all the holidays Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite. I don't know why really except that the expectation is so different than Christmas: just good food and fellowship. Thats kinda neat. Plus the change in the seasons is so much easier to see from summer to fall to winter. And you just gotta love the colors of fall.
