The Wild Wild Stansells!

I am still trying to decide where the Wild in Stansell comes from....is from Mark or from Esther???
Since I know other Stansells who are also wild I have to deduce that it comes from Mark.  And Boy!  You can see it in the above pic of Luke!  He's is definitely Mark's kid!  Poor Esther!
We had another fun fun wild wild loud loud fast fast crazy sweet shoot at the pocket park up in Snyder this time.  We didn't make Fluvanna the home of the shoot this time, no calves, no tractors and honestly fewer tears.  Esther has gone home to be with her kids this school year rather than teach and I could tell a marked difference in all of them.  The kids were so much more responsive to her and Mark.  It's always best when Mom can stay with those little ones, they learn so much more about life as it should be rather than how it just ends up being.  Thank you Mark for letting Esther raise the kids, they will appreciate it the rest of their lives and those children will rise up call you both 'blessed'!

We had our Sweetwater/Hill Thanksgiving this week.  It was fun, pretty weather with our annual photo shoot.  This is when we usually get our Hill Family pic, get the grandparents and the cousins together and when we get the Christmas card pictures.  We usually do have a lot of fun because whatever else we do we always run off at the mouth and that brings out the laughter in us all.  We ate too much, laughed alot and just enjoyed one another in general.

At first glance you might think that little Bailey and Mom Mary are outnumbered by all that testosterone.....I'm just not sure.... I think they have more power than any of them men in this house!
This is the Wright family and my how they have grown!  When I first met Randy and Mary several years ago it was just the two of them waiting for God to give them the thing they wanted most....completion...Boy did HE ever give abundantly to them!  First came Chad, then God blessed them with Christian, then surprised them with Bailey and then blew them away with Dylan.  God knew exactly what HE was doing with this family.  He wanted these kids to be raised in a good Christian family and HE wanted most to bless two good and faithful stewards and bless them He did!
I loved shooting this bunch, they live in absolute pandemonium, chaos, grace, love and fun.  There isn't a dull or quiet moment and their faces show exactly how glad they are for that!
This family is a product of Calvary Baptist and we have all been honored to watch the Lord bless their faithfulness to Him with boys, noise, toys and that girl!

The Leatherwood Family, Fall is in the Air

Craig married an insane woman!  Haley!  She has so much ease and grace about her that you love her immediately.  They both have an insane love for their sweet boy Tuff that puts the rest of us parents to shame!  You might remember Haley, Craig and Tuff from the Trash the Dress we did earlier this year, what a shoot that was!  This one was considerably more tame involving leaves and kisses!  We had a ball!  Love you Leatherwood Family!  Thanks for making me a part of your holiday!
